In order to resolve all security vulnerabilities, the developer needs to create a list of all packages that were unable to be automatically fixed by `npm audit fix` and create an approach to update those.

Expected Deliverables:

Create tickets for each grouping of packages that need to be updated
Determine order and dependency of updating the packages
