Description of the issue Horizontal scroll appears for autosuggest window on IE when type match is Contains and we type "pyr"

Go to https://react-app-dev.cancer.gov/drug-dictionary-app/pr-73 on IE and type "pyr"
See that a horizontal scroll bar appears for autosuggest window

What's the expected result?

No Horizontal scroll bar should appear for autosuggest window
