Create a general gitlab token of neutral account and put them in the code? (at least local?)

There default tokens for GitHub and Gitlab.com (in a file)
If any token is entered, that token is used (if token is wrong, fall back to default token)
If no token is enerted, the right token from Github or Gitlab is used
Tool should work if no default tokens are in the file
