Check HERMES project for more ways to extract metadata

• HERMES allows a modular approach for extract (they call it harvest), processing, curation, etc.
• They allow additions as plugins
• Currently, HERMES is standalone and can not be integrate, perhaps they will change that
• We should think about a way to good combine our tools with theirs
