Isn’t Catalyst DAO within NFT-DAO?

JO8N — 08/04/2021 at 7:30 AM First sentence, “we are creating a focused NFT DAO within the Catalyst DAO.” Isn’t Catalyst DAO within NFT-DAO? Catalyst DAO is the innermost Russian nesting doll from my understanding...if I’m wrong please don’t hesitate to let me know.

Thanks JO8N,

My understanding is that at the time of the Genesis document and the Comprehensive NFT Framework Collab proposal, NFT-DAO positioned itself as an NFT-DAO specifically funded by Catalyst and built using the Cardano platform - therefore "within the Catalyst DAO".

However you have a point that the term NFT-DAO on its own is generic term and does not need to specifically be restricted to Catalyst DAO. Perhaps @RK#2605 or @Troy#4865 can comment ?
