Specimen Data Entry: Additions

Several additions and tweaks to the Specimen Data Entry form:

• [x] Verbatim notes field
• [ ] Alternate Catalogue Nr Field
• [ ] Dropdownlists (?which) have option for adding missing entries
• [ ] Option to flag type specimens (other than "Type Status" field?)

I think issue has been overtaken by development and could be binned entirely.
