Tasks for improving the speed and quality of the digitization workflow.

• [x] Make sure that the scroll function on the listbox (cbxTaxonName) can scroll along with the "arrow down" key strokes.
• [x] Catch first record on go back issue. Handle coming to the beginning.
• [x] Clear barcode on saving
• [x] Clear record and prepare form for new record INSERT
• [x] Clear list box after taxon selected
• [x] clear 'record ID' label on [clear all] button press

Bugs (moved to #153):

• ~[ ] Update record clears form~
• ~[ ] Make sure no error message appears if the table starts as 'empty'~
