Clean up & refine post-processing script #328

Issue

The GREL script needs to be rebuild from scratch based on the script already written by going through it step-by-step. We wish to have a clear and concise OpenRefine script with no steps repeating themselves.

Acceptable solution

A script with fewer steps and more clarity.

GREL reduced from 51 to 38 steps making for a much tighter and more readable file. The file is uploaded here: https://github.com/NHMDenmark/Mass-Digitizer/blob/main/OpenRefine/grel20230517.json
