Add column "Publish" and map to corresponding field

In order for the freshly digitized records to appear in GBIF, we need to add a column to the post-processed dataset and before import.

In Workbench this field should be mapped to collectionobject.YesNo1 which is re-captioned as "Publish"

The contents of this field should be "True".

Tweak the post processing script to apply the new column "Publish" and have it be 'True'.

To be abundantly clear:

Dataset field "project name" -> Specify field "collectionobject.project" (re-captioned from "projectNumber")
Dataset field "publish" -> Specify field "collectionobject.Publish" (re-captioned from "YesNo1")
