Check collisions on container ID

The issue of duplicate container IDs was raised in the team meeting Friday 23rd of June.

The current ID is generated from two steps:

• a random number between 0 and 10,000
• a hash value of the timestamp now() which is current time down to microsecond.

These two values are combined and serve as a unique enough ID.*

*According to the https://zelark.github.io/nano-id-cc/ calculator, 5 thousand years needed, in order to have a 1% probability of at least one collision at a rate of 1000 IDs per hour.

For the Mass Digitizer project, I conclude that the risk of collision is unfounded.
