Version app scripts #371

Need to be able to roll back scripts as needed

When @jlegind updates the app or the post script, there should be a document that follows the timeline of the post script as well as the digi app. It doesnt matter if the change in the post script is small or big, it should be documents It should have the following

  1. version number
  2. time stamp
  3. update details and/or release notes doc link for the version
  4. which db files /csv files will be affect (like form july 2023 to aug 2023/future)
  5. the github issue numbers that influence or document the changes.
  6. any sql updates required or sync required from specify
  7. any other external libraries/integrations
