Issue with saving first record in a session #388

Issue

When I first start the app up (only seems to happen to first record), if I scan in a barcode and then use the mouse to press save, it throws up an error message saying “Did not save due to validation error(s)!"

Acceptable solution

Warnings and error prompts need to be kept to relevant cases only. Nobody wants to start the day with an error message.

Can't replicate. Presumed fixed during refactoring.
