In NHMA, if you add in the taxon name and it is different to what you have in taxon
number(if there was already a taxon), it does not update the taxon number field.
So there is a mismatch. It might also be worth checking what happens when
the taxon number field is empty

the db taxon field and taxon number should all reflect the same, correct updated value
