What is the issue ?

Tab navigation gets stuck on taxonomic name when going backwards up 
the fields, if you don’t enter anything into this box and won’t move beyond it. 
This is a recurrence of a previous issue #200.

Why is it needed/relevant ?

it is relevant when digitisers want to correct a record and want to move up to previous fields.

What is the expected acceptable result.

the cursor should follow the sequence and move up regardsless of text in
 the taxanomic name field
