NHMA taxon ID records are missing taxonSPID #421

What is the issue ?

When creating a NHMA record based on the alternative taxonomic identifier the taxonspid in specimen table is always set to 0.

Detailed description of the issue.

Unlike creating the record from the taxon name field using the same name (corresponding to the alt taxonomic identifier) which works and assigns a taxonspid - going by the taxonomic ID alone does not assign the correct taxonspid but sets a zero in that table field.

Why is it needed/relevant ?

In postprocessing we rely on taxonspid to determine if a record should have the 'new name' flag.

Estimate level of effort required.

easy

What is the expected acceptable result.

That the taxonspid is assigned the value that the name itself has in the taxonomy.
