As I understand it, the current automation is that when new tickets are
added to the board, they go directly into Backlog. Could we change this,
so they got directly into the "For Review" column first? That way Bhupjit
and Pip will have a chance to review and prioritise them before adding them
to the Backlog (or even the current sprint).
Why is it needed/relevant ?
At the moment, there is no clear process in place for reviewing new
tickets and prioritising them. There are many tickets in the Backlog
and individual tickets can get lost in there. New tickets should always
be reviewed in case they are urgent. Pip and Bhupjit can therefore focus
mostly on the For Review column.
