This seems to be a problem with the specific laptop used at Priorparken. Also tested the common user account at NHMD and it works fine. Could it be that the laptop needs updates?
Laptop has been updated and the app uninstalled and installed according to the guide. Problem still persists.

What exactly do you mean, Bhupjit? Jesper is out at Priorparken today and could possibly follow specific instructions or give remote access.
I want KU-IT to reinstall the whole thing again.
@nms419 On Friday, when you are out at Priorparken, will you please assess this laptop and see if there is any local data that needs to be backed up to the N:/ and then after that, please make a ticket with KU IT to have the operating system reinstalled on this machine? If they can't do it remotely and won't come to Priorparken to fix it (understandable) Bhupjit may be able to pick it up and bring it to August Krogh one day when he has his car.
Local files checked and ticket created with KU IT.
Laptop has been re-installed, newest version of the Digi App installed and the app now works! Laptop i currently at ZM, but will be brought to Priorparken either Thursday or Friday.
