Pre-processed exports from the app are not currently being saved #454

The original pre-processed exports from the DigiApp and the post-processed ones (the ones which have been processed via Open refine and imported into Specify) should be retained and archived. Currently, only the post-processed ones are. We need a procedure to ensure this and a way to distinguish between these.

At the moment it is not possible to trace any issues, as we can't compare the two versions and therefore identify what happened.

In teh short-term, I've just added a folder to N:\SCI-SNM-DigitalCollections\DaSSCo\Digi App\Data for the original files until we come up with a better protocol.

A new interim solution has been proposed and so am closing this issue.
