NHMA - Taxon name sometimes cleared when taxon number field is tabbed through

Describe the bug When entering a novel name into the Taxonomic name field, the Taxon Number stays empty. When moving past this by tabbing the Taxonomic name field is cleared and no name comes into the DB specimen table.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Log into NHMA, collection NHMA Entomology
2. Add a novel name to the Taxonomic name field
3. Tab to Taxon number which is blank
4. Tab on to Barcode
5. Observe that the Taxonomic name is now blank
6. If saved, the record has a blank taxonfullname field in table specimen.

Expected behavior I would expect the Taxon number field to only influence the Taxonomic name box when an existing ID is submitted. IMHO, a cleared Taxon number should not affect other fields.

Note: This is not just for novel names, but also existing names that do not happen to have a taxon number associated. Tabbing through the taxon number field should not clear the taxon name. It is only when it is actively cleared i.e. it was not empty before.
