Add TinyMCE Buttons #102

The standard WordPress post/page editor, called TinyMCE, has a set of buttons as shown below:

Nightingale-WP users may want to use, for example, the reverse quote format, or they might want to build a sub-menu panel with buttons. To do so at the moment, they have to know and enter the correct CSS classes, among other things.

To make their lives easier, perhaps we could add these items to the editor so that users only have to click to use them.

I think we'd be better investing time in working out how to do this with Gutenberg. It'll have more options and be a better editor going forwards I think.
