Horizontal Rules between posts #109

This PR https://github.com/NHSLeadership/nightingale-wp/pull/104/ is about styling post listings. Part of it is to separate each post (aka article) with an HR.

The current solution is a bit complicated because an HR is added before every post except the first one, and that involves variables, conditional logic, etc.

Maybe there's a more elegant solution. Perhaps we could do a first of type or something on the post, and use the ::after to add in the HR. To be discussed...
