Cohort dates table #132

List of cohorts with start dates, workshop dates, end dates, etc. as shown below:

Since the WordPress editor doesn't include tables, we need a way to add this functionality. A popular solution is the TablePress plugin but maybe we should use ACF. What do you think @cehwitham?

For MVP we're going to allow admins to create tables in HTML.
