Tkt 00133 - add ACF to post template #137

Modified the post template to allow primary and secondary content using Advanced Custom Fields. Secondary content includes a link block.

I've tidied up the indentation. I don't think we need that test @cehwitham as the flex template part will only output if ACF is enabled.
