Hard-coded latest posts on front page #181

Sidebar showing latest posts is being displayed on home page even though that widget isn't enabled.

This is due to latest posts being hard-coded into front-page.php. Need to make this controllable (or convert to a widget).

Remove this functionality from the theme and build a plugin for the specific case where it's needed as described in https://github.com/NHSLeadership/nhsl-wp-corporate/issues/58
