DI-373 favicon fixes #211

added 16px, 32px favicon files
added andorid, apple and mstile images and manifests
added safari inactive tab icon
modified header.php to reflect new file locations and settings

I was wondering what happens if a site needs a different favicon? Can they change the image that's used?

You are right... if it is cached for some of us, it needs force re-caching https://stackoverflow.com/questions/2208933/how-do-i-force-a-favicon-refresh

No I wasn't talking about caching (although that may be important too). What I'm asking is if the site admin can change the NHS favicon to something else. Or are we saying that's the favicon that comes with the theme and accept that it's only suitable for NHS sites?

I'd say if people need to change it, they can change it in the code of a forked repo.
