Not sure this should be in v1.0.0 - probably needs some solid thinking about data storage and use case.

Yes, I have no idea how to implement this as part of a general WordPress theme. Maybe there's a particular plugin that has this kind of functionality that we could recommend (similar to how we recommend Gravity Forms).

@Android63 I built some functionality like this in the current corporate website. You could borrow the code from there.
