Utility routines useful for initializing land-surface states in NCEP models. This is part of the NCEPLIBS project.

Installing

mkdir build
cd build
cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/path/to/install /path/to/NCEPLIBS-landsfcutil
make -j2
make install
