Status

[!NOTE] The functionality of this library has been merged into NCEPLIBS-ip as of the latest version (5.0), which contains the full set of NCEPLIBS-sp functionality as of the most recent release (2.5.0). NCEPLIBS-sp should be considered deprecated, and all future development should use NCEPLIBS-ip as soon as available (ip v5.0 is slated for inclusion in spack-stack 1.7.0).
