Rearrangement of catalogs #10

A number of simplifications and no user catalogs. Can now ask for model availability time period. Adding more attributes to orig catalogs to be able to decode depths.

@ChrisBarker-NOAA Yes I agree — I should have spent more time on the paths here but mostly just stuck something in to work at the moment. I think it's a good idea to update to using the Path package and will do that.
