Remade Current Spritelist, New Sprite Images, Background Settings bugfixes #24

Fixed bugs in the Background settings
Made a few changes with the building script
Remade the Current Spritetable, which now has ID filters
Added Sprite Images for the Newer recolors of sprites:
43: Brick Block "?" Switch (Orange)

45: Brick Block "!" Switch (Red)

123: (Unused) Swinging Castle Platform

219: Stretching Line Block

286: Rotating Wooden Airship Wheel

311: Mega Crystal

357: Yoshi Cherry

387: Bush

414: Spike / Stone Spike

There are also a few spritedata updates, but they've been added to the spritedata branch.
