We've got an Imp, which is thematically appropriate for a Lawful Evil spellcaster. Why not a Quasit, which is the Chaotic Evil equivalent and counterpoint?

Don't even need to spend much time designing it. Just copy-paste the Imp and change the alignment of it. The venom that the Imp has is ALREADY quasit venom.

This is an extremely good idea. Also, perhaps some kind of a reasonably handy spider for the Underdark folks? They're popular pets.
