Just setting this here, since I did not see it added to the list. Extensive discussion about this on the #Next Iteration Suggestions thread on the Discord.

I've repeatedly made this suggestion, so 100% behind it. The actual purchase price sounds like a thing to be affected by Bluff or Persuade, not Appraisal. (Which incidentally would also perhaps be a good change to further discourage charisma-dump builds.)
