The underdark and Thay MLAT removal #90

I seriously doubt that the underdark and thay have an MLAT.... "Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty." But they operate as they do. What I mean by that is, I'm in a Thayan legion that membership afford me the ability to run around in any building I want, armed and the guards won't interfere.

But... It also seems to be recognized in the underdark. I can go into any building I want in the underdark armed, and the guards don't care.

I don't think membership in an undrek'thoz legion should allow you to muck about armed all over the place in Thay, or Vice versa.

Hmmm. Either this was fixed really quickly, or the running around I did to prompt this was an anomaly, as the guards now tell me to put my weapon away when in buildings.

To my knowledge wasn't a change, but glad to hear it was just an anomaly
