Simple and entirely non-critical suggestion, really. The temples in Thay should call their deities by their Thayan names when those deities have Thayan names.
For example.
Moszabbar has the Temple of Set, which should be the Temple of Typhon.
Murbant has the Temple of Nephthys, which should be the Temple of Nesharia.
Escalant has the Basilica of Horus-Re, which should be the Basilica of Helcaliant.
Might also want to make the Temple of Hoar in the Keep of Sorrows into the Temple of Assuran although that's just his Untheric name and due to Thay being culturally closer to Unther than Chondath. Although since it's in western Thay and thus closer to Thesk and Aglarond and such it makes sense.
Murbant and Escalant might keep their non-Thayan names until they get subsumed into Thay.
The priests would also use their Thayan names, of course.
Again this is just a minor flavor thing, so it's profoundly non-critical.
