I am experiencing an issue with our MX10 device regarding the printing function. Although the device successfully feeds paper, it consistently outputs blank pages, both on standard paper and sticky notes. It appears that the printer does not receive the appropriate commands to execute the printing.
Additionally, while the Bluetooth connectivity is operational, it exhibits some instability.
