Windows, Printing Issue with MX10 Device #104

I am experiencing an issue with our MX10 device regarding the printing function. Although the device successfully feeds paper, it consistently outputs blank pages, both on standard paper and sticky notes. It appears that the printer does not receive the appropriate commands to execute the printing.

Additionally, while the Bluetooth connectivity is operational, it exhibits some instability.

Weird, as I'm able to get MX10 printing (on Linux, but that shouldn't make any difference, as command sequence would be exactly same across platforms, and since device feeds paper, it does receive commands).

Hi,

I found this post by chance. My printer calls itself "MX10" via bluetooth, but it seems to be a different "MX10". Windows 11 could not find the printer and could not print.
