question about signal to noise ratio calculation #56

Hi!

Regarding https://github.com/Nanostring-Biostats/DSPPlugins/blob/0d396b0b3bcb9050463141033f08eea46a5da44e/DSPPlugProtQC/evaluate_normalization_options.R#L148

It looks like you are calculating the averages of control columns separately and then taking the highest single value (or 1) to sweep all other values, is this correct?

Would it not make more sense to have one SNR per AOI?
