NanoString Collection of Geomx R Plugins

This repository contains R script plugins that can be used in Custom Scripts button in GeoMx DSP Data Analysis Suite.

Name Description

Instructions:

  1. Navigate to Releases and Download the Source code.zip file.
  2. Open the evaluate_normalization_options.R.
  3. Copy paste the code to the Custom Scripts RTools section in the DSP-DA
