Geographical number formatting causing errors in LabeledVolcanoPlot #58

Swedish customer received errors when using LabeledVolcanoPlot. On their computer, numbers use commas instead of decimal points. This caused the errors below and converting all commas to decimal points resolved the issue.

Errors for reference:

Error in if (fdr_pval < pval_thresh)
0:max(de$X.log10.pvalue): NA/NaN argument
