I'm going to break this out into specific asks and link to this issue as reference Currently requested expansions of the workflows document include:

[ ] proteogenomics analysis - separate workflow document
[ ] ssGSEA addition to main RNA-NGS workflow
[ ] spatial decon downstream analysis addition to main RNA-NGS workflow
[ ] spatialOmicsOverlay workflow - either incorporation in above or new workflow on adding complex graphs using SOO
