New version of ggforce (v0.4.1) causes an issue in the sankey plot code chunk.
The gather_set_data() step assigns numbers 1-4 to the column names in test_gf$x:
The next step to change the order of the levels assigns all values of test_gr$test to NAs because the column names are missing:
