is this open source for use in game design? #544

hello! I'm not sure where to ask this question so I thought I would ask it here. I've been looking around for a good base for an economic system. I'm currently working on a game that would involve economic and military simulation. most of them were fairly dull however this one seems very promising and unique. I was curious if I could use some the assets for the project. thought I would Dubble check to make sure it's okay under the license.

Yeah, you can use it. Its old and naive code, thought. I would add data driven approach if I would do it gain.

thank you for allowing me to use it! and right now, the project is mostly in concept I have parts of the map finished once I have a little more to show I'd be happy to share it with you.
