UpdateMapProjectorInfo Wrong(Projector type from local to MGRS) #94

Hey guys,There is a problem I met that is updating MapProjectorInfo from type local to MGRS at the online website—vector_map_builder。 I have drew a Lanelet2Maps after loading a pcd file and have set the map projector info into local,it's ok and no problem in the map.

I found it would be a problem when the y coordinate or x coordinate is a negative number with its points.
