The repo has Progressive Web Application that has responsive design. The main goal of our application is to help the bearcats to get to know about the updates of different topics that are happening in the university and to check if they reached out to them.

External Requirement:
Microsoft Visual Studio (2019): Install the Community version.
Heroku Account: If you wish to deploy on heroku please get an account for hosting platform
Deployment
• We made it easier for the application to be deployed automatically When you make any changes to the repository, the build will start deploying to Heroku automatically. • If you make any changes to a repo and they aren't automatically deployed, try manually deploying them to see if they show up in the app.

Stack
We are developing the responsive Website with .Net Framework for Back-end and HTML,CSS,BootStrap for front-end and we are using MongoDD for database with heroku as hosting app.
