Create a new release for EasyGecNG using the new build system

• [x] Produce .jar
• [x] Create the appropriate zip
• [x] Upload package to github with appropriate release notes
• [x] Update user instructions

• [ ] Ask Barb to update NavGames website with appropriate download package + instructions

  Mac installation user test results + dev followups

• [x] (Ethan & Dave's Google Doc) show screenshots of how to download + extract files
• [x] insert README that says "1. Make sure you have Java + Drivers installed (...), then 2. Double click the teach-o.jar, or right click it and then click open with Java launcher"
• [x] Include instructions for finding correct USB port
• [x] Include instructions for switching to Smiley Face mode
• [x] Include instructions to import course file (otherwise SI card read doesn't do anything)
