Is there theming support? If not, is it planned?

Hi, sorry, no theming support 😅 Not planned either but PRs are always welcome :)

The goal of please is to be minimalistic and simplistic, otherwise too much code could increase shell load time, that's why we never really added more features. Please is pretty much feature complete :)
