Dialog_Edit - show Context menu on Rating labels with right mouse click to "delete" the current Rating.

Maybe condense the five independent Star Labels into One Panel with One Icon which changes based on MouseMovement.

Handling of Rating GUI is improved and added option to delete Rating in version 2.6.5
