업데이트시 webui 실행중 hang #13

현재까지 해본 것: ultralytics 재설치 ultralytics 최신 버전 설치 (8.0.92) venv 날리기

전부 효과 없음. 여전히 관리자 권한으로만 정상 구동됨. Win10
