Merge conflict missing files

Description

Unmerged paths:
  (use "git add <file>..." to mark resolution)
        added by them:   e2e/tests/lowCode.spec.ts

This file doesen't show in neogit. for "added by us" and "both modified" it works now after https://github.com/NeogitOrg/neogit/pull/1216

Operating system and version

Steps to reproduce

Create 2 branches on one rename folder on the second one create file in folder then merge second to first.

Expected behavior

File should show just like for "added by us" and "both modified".

Actual behavior

File does not show in neovim and I need to manually add those files with git add <file> in terminal.
