Checkout local branch from popup stopped showing candidates in nightly

Description

This issue occurs when you are using telescope 0.1.x branch. (or latest tag in that branch 0.1.6)

I tracked down that this issue started from 475a4749d16193c542a9502200c884bde92f3fed, and was fine at 162e9c7.

Neovim version

NVIM v0.10.0-dev-2723+g981301d11 Build type: RelWithDebInfo LuaJIT 2.1.1710088188

Operating system and version

macOS 14, ubuntu 20.04

Steps to reproduce

nvim -nu minimal.lua +q
git -C .min/plugins/neogit pull origin nightly
git -C .min/plugins/neogit checkout 475a4749d16193c542a9502200c884bde92f3fed
git -C .min/plugins/telescope fetch --tags
git -C .min/plugins/telescope checkout 0.1.6
goto NeogitStatus buffer by :Neogit
press b l to checkout local branch

Expected behavior

Should show candidates for local branches to choose from.

Actual behavior

It's showing blank list.

I suspect if you use telescope HEAD it should resolve. Try that :)

Ok, I added a check for if the user doesn't have telescope HEAD, and is using 0.1.6, and won't add the mouse actions if they are not supported. Thanks for letting me know :)
