Toggling and then switching windows makes it impossible to toggle again

Hello!

Thanks for the amazing work with Neogit!

I'm on the latest Neogit version (commit 9040f6f) and I noticed a bug when switching windows (or tabs), that makes it "impossible" to toggle a section.

Neovim version

NVIM v0.10.0 Build type: Release LuaJIT 2.1.1713484068

Operating system and version

Linux 6.8.9

Steps to reproduce

1. nvim -nu minimal.lua
2. :Neogit
3. Toggle any file under 'Unstaged changes' using <tab>
4. Switch to the first tab via gt (or create a new window with :vnew)
5. Switch back to Neogit's tab via gt
6. Try to toggle the same file again. It is now open, and toggling should close it, but it doesn't.

Expected behavior

Toggling shouldn't get stuck

Actual behavior

There's no way to close a file if Neogit's window loses focus
